Eagle's Class

What do we do in Eagles?

Environmental Art

We started by looking at some of the work by Andy Goldsworthy. Then we explored and collected our own objects from the school grounds. In groups the children produced their own creations.

Next we invited Susan Piper, a local artist to school to show us how she uses nature to inspire her art. We took our sketch books out into the school grounds to look for inspiration. Susan showed us how to look and think like an artist.

Then we created our own designs and pictures.
