Welcome to Binsted C E Primary

school-front

Binsted CE Primary School is situated 3 miles from Alton and 6 miles from Farnham. We currently serve the villages of Binsted, Kingsley and Oakhanger, but we welcome children from further afield.

Binsted CE Primary is a lively, busy and friendly school, providing a secure and creative learning environment. As a small school with three classes we pride ourselves on knowing all the children very well. The children are happy here and we know that happy children learn best. We find that they grow in confidence in the strong family atmosphere and are very caring towards each other.

The children are always encouraged to try their best and to reach a high standard. We aim to provide a stimulating environment with plenty of different opportunities to learn. Team work is important in Binsted and the children are good at learning and playing together. All children are different and we look to celebrate their differences and they are encouraged to develop and celebrate their different talents and interests.

Our Vision

Through the provision of an imaginative and creative curriculum, we seek to develop a well rounded individual who is confident, independent and motivated; with the skills, knowledge and spiritual awareness that they will need throughout their lives.

Our Aims
  • Supportive Learning
  • Value & Respect
  • Encourage Community
  • Inspire

The school has a strong sense of community and relationships with parents are good. We make links with the community as often as possible and enjoy particularly good links with ‘Holy Cross’, our local church.

Visits to our school are always welcome.

Please telephone the school office on 01420 23200 to arrange a visit.
